Carbon Based Lifeforms (CBL) on vuonna 1996 perustettu uraauurtava sähköisen musiikin duo, jonka muodostavat Johannes Hedberg ja Daniel Vadestrid. Siitä lähtien CBL on lumonnut yleisönsä ominaisella ambient-äänimaisemallaan ja monimutkaisilla elektronisilla sävellyksillään. Heidän diskografiassaan on ikonisia albumeita kuten 'Hydroponic Garden,' 'World of Sleepers' ja 'Derelicts,' jotka osoittavat heidän jatkuvaa tutkimustyötään sähköisen musiikin rajoilla ja lumoavat kuulijakuntaa ympäri maailman.

Carbon Based Lifeforms (CBL): Founded by Johannes Hedberg and Daniel Vadestrid, CBL represents the collaborative genius of two southwest Sweden natives. Their shared musical journey began in 1996, with a notable release on ‘mp3.com’ in 1998. Their partnership with the prestigious ‘Ultimae’ label in 2002 resulted in a series of iconic albums: ‘Hydroponic Garden’ (2003), ‘World of Sleepers’ (2006), ‘Interloper’ (2009), and ‘Twentythree’ (2012). In 2014, the duo chose the independent route, releasing the critically acclaimed ‘Derelicts’ in 2018, which secured positions on various charts.
