Eastern Medicine for Women’s Health, Beauty, and Body Balance
In my practice, I focus on women’s health —
because true beauty always begins from within.
There is no glowing skin when digestion is weak.
There is no clear gaze when the body is tense from stress.
An online consultation is a deep diagnosis through the body.
Skin changes, swelling, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, ear noise,
muscle tone issues, digestive problems or sensitivity —
these are not “separate” symptoms.
They are the language of the body, speaking of inner imbalance.
Before the session, I will also ask for a photo of your tongue —
because in Eastern medicine, the tongue reveals more than any blood test:
it shows the state of the Stomach and Spleen, signs of dampness, heat, stagnation, or energy deficiency.
My role is to listen to this language — and translate it for you.
So you can better understand your body —
and gently guide it back to balance.

🌿 I work with conditions such as:
• 📍 Hormonal imbalance (PMS, irregular cycles, menopause, acne)
• 📍 Internal and external swelling (heaviness, sweating, puffiness of face or fingers, under-eye or lower belly edema)
• 📍 Digestive issues (bloating, slow bowels, heaviness after eating)
• 📍 Chronic fatigue, a “frozen” nervous system
• 📍 Stress-related symptoms: insomnia, ear ringing, hearing loss, panic attacks, facial tics
• 📍 Facial nerve paralysis, numbness, facial spasms
• 📍 Inflammation, rashes, acne — as signs of internal heat or stagnation
• 📍 Recovery periods: after childbirth, illness, burnout, or prolonged stress
📍 Premature aging caused by chronic stress (tension in the face, dull skin, early wrinkles, fatigue that doesn’t go away)

✨ After the consultation, you will receive:
✔️ A personalized nutrition plan — based on your condition, food energetics, and seasonal balance
✔️ Herbal medicine — to gently support your system without harshness
✔️ Breathing or body-based practices — to calm the nervous system and restore Qi circulation
✔️ (If needed) — Acupressure points or simple exercises for the face and body
These are not general tips.
They are a personal direction — a way to stop fighting your body,
and start living with it in trust and respect.
