About event
The 2nd Annual Ukrainian Film Festival in Los Angeles features a diverse selection of the best in Ukrainian cinema over two days at the historic Ukrainian Culture Center on Saturday and Sunday, October 17–18.
Produced through the combined efforts of UNWLA Branch 111, the Ukrainian Art Center, and the Ukrainian Culture Center, this year’s theme, “Frames of Freedom,” highlights the power of cinema not only to document Ukraine’s struggle for freedom, but also to convey the emotions of courage, strength, and love that lie at the heart of it.
The festival will include Q&A sessions with directors and producers, offering audiences a chance to learn more about the films and their creators. Join us to discover Ukrainian cinema, culture, and stories.
